You can also select your nightly budget, so following the same steps as mention above if your maximum budget is 200 per night you might select $100 in the first drop down menu and $200 in the second drop down menu. Once you have done so click on the blue "Search" button and you will then see all of your matches on the right hand side. If you would like to change your search settings, you can do so following the same steps again.

How Do I Find a Special Offer or Hot Deal?
You can find special pricing on many of our vacation rentals as you are dealing direct with owners and property managers, however there is a section labeled "Hot Deals" this section of the website is where you will find promotional offers on vacation rental homes, condos villas and more. Properties in this section have been placed in this category because of the owners value added offer. You can click at the top of the menu and click the button "Hot Deals" or you can use the the Hot Deals search tool. You can find the search tool on the left hand side of the home page. You can type in a certain keyword, city or country then click Go and the results for your Hot Deals will show up in the search area. Then you can browse your options and contact the owner or manager directly to inquire about the details of their special promotion.

Do you charge a booking fee or commission for using your service?
The answer in one word is No. Here at FantasticVacationHomes.com we provide the most affordable way for renters to book a vacation home. When renting a vacation home using our website service you pay no commissions or booking fees to us. When you find a fantastic vacation home that fits your needs ask the owner or manager to provide full details of your charges and the total cost of renting their vacation home. We also recommend that you enter into an agreement with the property manager or home owner using a written contract. A property owner should have a contract ready for you upon accepting the vacation rental property. Make sure all of the details are correct on the contract and again that the dates and monies are correct.

Upon making payment to a property manager or rental owner you should be provided with the details of how you would access the property upon arrival. Many property managers and owners use a lock box system, or electronic entry some agencies will require for you to check in to their office, so get all the details.

What do I have to do to book a vacation home rental?
